Specialist cargo

Project Cargo

Integrated technical and operational support for breakbulk, heavy, oversized and industrial cargo movements.

Service overview

Technical clarity. Operational focus.

GMS supports non-standard cargo movements where transport condition, packaging, lifting, stowage, securing, vessel configuration, port interfaces and execution sequence require coordinated technical attention. Project cargo supervision and inspection may begin before the cargo reaches the vessel. Depending on scope, GMS can attend cargo at origin or storage facilities, warehouses, logistics centres, ports, terminals and other relevant points throughout the transport chain. The assignment can combine surveys, Port Captain attendance, engineering, Marine Warranty Survey support and logistics coordination under a clearly defined scope.

Connected field supervision, engineering and evidence for cargo movements that cannot be treated as routine.
